We rented some bikes here, and loved the place. The owner John is super friendly and generous with tips for good cycling routes, the bikes are good, and they've got great coffee and sandwiches as well. What's not to like!
This is my second visit for cycling in Denia, greatly assisted by the folks at Cafe Cyclista. We hired 2 bikes for a week and weren't disappointed. We consider ourselves very fortunate to be able to work with John and his team at Cafe Ciclista. The fleet of rental bikes are superb and we have received fabulous feedback from all our guests who have ridden their bikes (over 40 in the last 2 weeks). What an exceptional experience from the moment you step in the door! Picking up rental bikes for the week and the first thing out of John's mouth is "would you like a coffee while I get your bikes?" I didn't have a helmet and he found me one- we lost pedals at the airport and he gave us some! Needed guidance on routes, he was there for us! Showed up at closing and his wife still made us lunch! Wanted to return bikes later and he met us after hours- UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Thank you for a wonderful week of cycling.
Rented two road bikes from Cafe Cyclista, both bikes were top of the line and rode as nice as our bikes back home. The road e-bike was really nice and enabled us to ride some of the great routes & climbs. John the owner couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Bike pickup and drop off was so easy and relaxed, it was a great experience. We will definitely rent bikes from John in the future!
When I went this September, I have rented a bike for 12 days. The bike was good, behaved well. The service was prompt and fast. The coffee and tostadas were delicious. A very nice presentation of the shop.And the Cafe Ciclista group of cyclist were very friendly and welcoming. The website could be updated a bit, but other than that, not really anything to complain to.Overall a very pleasant and nice experience! Keep up the good work!
Another great week, this time on a new canyon ultimate from John. Comfortable on the climbs and discs were great for the descents. Great value and great service. Highly recommend.
This is a great bike shop in a convenient location. I hired a Focus road bike for 6 days. The bike was well presented and had been really well maintained.
A group of us were in Denia and rented bikes from John for a week’s cycling. All the bikes were in great nick and were fully kitted out with spare tubes, tyre-levers etc. drop off and pick up from our hotel was super convenient and the cost was very reasonable. Thanks John!
Me and my friend we rented 2 road bikes while in Denia. The place has a nice vibe with memorabilia on the walls and great coffee. The rental owner gave us tips where to go cycling and the bikes were in pristine condition. Couldn't ask for a better service. Definitely will come back soon.
